To change the way women do relationship by changing the way they think

Our Vision
To revolutionize the way women think about, and therefore “do”, relationship with God and others. We are dedicated to leading women to experience the relationships God has planned for them and be purposeful about the legacy they are leaving right now. Our desire is for women to live a life that glorifies God by applying His Truth to how they think about Him, how they think about themselves, and how they do relationships.
How?
Creating New Legacies is a women’s movement that will engage young women around the world with life-changing Truths about God’s timeless design for relationships with Him and others. Myths about who we should be, how relationships should work, and how we find our purpose have been woven into the way we think so slowly and so tightly, that they appear to be true. If we live them out, we will miss out on all that God has planned for us. That’s why the way we think must be changed by the renewing of our minds through God’s Word, so that we can be transformed to experience His life and love in relationships. Only God can do this huge task, but He has led us to do two things for young women right now: retreats and mentoring groups.
During the retreats, we will begin the process of renewing our minds as we unravel the myths we’ve come to accept as realities and expose God’s Truth in a way that is simple, memorable, and life-changing. Women will also have the place and space to spend time alone with God and allow Him to deal with their minds and hearts.
Not just another ministry…a MOVEMENT…
The mentoring groups are the life-blood of our ministry, as life application takes place in the context of authentic relationships. After attending the retreat, women will have the opportunity to commit to a mentoring group for one year. This is where a movement will begin as women begin building into their lives the Biblical practice of passing on what God has shown them in the context of authentic mentoring relationships. (Titus 2:4)
What’s in a name?
What is a legacy? And when exactly do you start leaving yours? A legacy is something handed down from the past, but created in the present, right now. It’s about who you are, how you live, and the influence you have on those around you. Creating New Legacies is concerned with the legacy of relationship we are handed, and are handing, to others. We are all creating and leaving a legacy of relationship to everyone we impact….whether we are aware of it or not. Shouldn’t we be doing it on purpose?
